Apreciamos las valoraciones y críticas de quienes se han alojado en nuestro establecimiento. Ello puede servir como inicio de acciones de mejora.Vuestra calificación de la estancia es de "HORRIBLE", si bien no aportais punto alguno que sustenta dicha calificación. Así es muy difícil, incluso imposible, tomar iniciativa alguna.Sí que reflexionamos sobre cómo fue vuestra llegada y qué hacer. Llegasteis con unas exigencias exageradas, con una tremenda agresividad, profiriendo insultos al personal/propiedad, con amenazas y acercándoos tremendamente a la agresión física. Aún así os permitimos hospedaros. No estamos seguros de haber hecho bien , y esa es la reflexión que nos ocupa, mucho más que vuestra valoración/calificación.

Great last minute stop over.
Posted 13 Jul 2023 on HotelsBeautiful location very clean. We booked at last minute as a stop over on our way to southern Spain. No kettle in room. Were told we only need to ask for coffee in morning but this was at check out, so to late.

Thank you very much.We appreciate reviews of customers because that could help us to identify poits of improvement. However we do not find any in that review. You say "no kettle in room". You knew that. But coffee, tea, etc, always could be offered.You also say "no coffee in the morning, next to the check-out". In fact, you did not asked for. Better said, you said (the day before) you would not want to take breakfast.We continue asking us "What can we do with te coments you send us?"

The room was beautifully presented although the lack of a door to the bathroom was a bit odd. We parked our motorbike right next to the front door & street parking for cars would be easy. We took the Table d'Hote option for our first evening meal & the food was excellent. Breakfast was also very good. The only problem was noise, as the room had no air conditioning we had to have the bedroom window open and passers by seemed to like stopping for a chat on the benches outside, which isn't great in the early hours. Also, there was a speed bump in the road outside our window which was very noisy when a trailer or agricultural vehicle passed by. For such a rural location it wasn't terribly restful.

Nice relaxing stop over.
Posted 3 Jul 2019 on HotelsSecond time we've stayed here at Casa de la Cadena and the welcome again was very warming. Our forgotten item of clothing was waiting for us. The casa is kept in tip top condition with a lovely homely & relaxing feeling. The freshly cooked food is excellent with, in my opinion, faultless presentation. My only criticism, albeit a small one, was the offer of a glass of water or drink would have been welcome after our long hot drive. Mind you we could have asked. Not a show stopper for popped up the road to a nice local bar and relaxed before our excellent evening meal, served with home grown vegetables & locally produced wine from the area.

Quiet and perfect
Posted 24 Jun 2019 on HomeAwayWe wanted a quiet place with easy parking and close to town. It was cheaper to pay 4 euros to park for a few hours in town than find a hotel with parking , let alone inexpensive. Antonio was a great host, interested and helpful without taking away any wanted privacy.

Everything is perfect! Much better than luxury 5 stars hotels. Owners are fantastic!
