Comfortable inside room, however the rest of hotel do not have AC so its hot walking in the hallways. A little loud since we heard Ambulance Sirens atleast 2-3x during our 1 night stay. Pool was in renovation which I won't take away points, since they gave me notice prior to booking. It served its purpose for 1 night stay however would recommend more renovation and upgrades to the hotel.

Hotel is nicely taken cared you can tell by looking and checking on the caulking or grout on the tiles of the bathroom..and good larger sizes of the room. Cable TV works.

I really enjoyed my stay at the plaza. King size bed was really comfortable as well as the pillows which gets a big tick from me. Spacious room, the air con was excellent. The location was convenient being so close to the mall. When I come back to Cebu the Plaza will be my choice. Excellent value for money for what you get. Rooms are modern. Staff very friendly.

The staff was good the room was clean shower barley had hot water so if you are planning a bath or shower thats not the place for you food is poor and breakfast is very limited no pool in the last four years poor air conditioning throughout the building including lobby common areas like corridors and your room the only plus to this property is the staff and its close to the mall I would not recommend it
