Need to fix the toilet, change the fauset & make sure to wash it good the towels

Room is ok only that the aircon has dripping water that we have to askd for help about it

Our room in the 3rd floor did not have hot shower. when we complained, we were transferred to a room in the 4th floor with no window!

値段を考えると、妥当なサービスかと思います。 エアコンはうるさいけど、ちゃんと効くし、シャワーもお湯は出る。 テレビはあるけど映らない、タオルは人数分ない、フリーの水もない、セキュリティーBOXもない。 ただ寝るだけの予定だったので、問題はなかったですが、値段なりのサービスなことは理解しておく必要があります。 近くにコンビニや大型ショッピングモールが近い立地を思えば、それらも、許せます。

내 생애 최악의 호텔 ;; 체크인 2시간 그것도 모자라 확인안된다하고 물도 안나오는데 돈은 받음 결국 온라인 체크인카드지출 ,오프라인 돈 두번페이 환불 받으러 오라는데 멀고 바뻐서 버림,,,;; 말도 안되는곳임...

Dear Mr. Kiseok, We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience as you were our first Expedia guest at the time (around January) so our staff did not know how to go about your reservation and we were on soft opening hence the many issues. We have already contacted Expedia months ago regarding your refund and we hope you have received it already by now. Please do let us know if it was not settled yet. We have also settled the water issues, should you want to give us another chance. :)
