Posted 8 Jun 2023 on HotelsI tried to cancel my reservation 5 days ago because our flight were canceled internationally and not able to rebooked our flights from Ca to Cebu I was not to cancel because it’s no refundable which I didn’t se it when I booked my reservation I also tried to get hotels.com and was unable to connect so I lost my money i that I was not pleased at all

Decent price but disappointing.
Posted 31 Dec 2019 on HotelsThe hotel location is good. It's a few minutes away from some fast food options, the mall and downtown. I'm just a bit disappointed with the condition of the bathrooms. The grout in the bathroom is nasty considering that it is a newer hotel. The toilet has a very pungent smell even after I had the guy who helped us with the luggage sprayed some chemicals in the bathroom. The bedroom area is clean but it is a bit on the smaller side.
