Close to Ayala Pavilion and 7-11. We stayed during Sinulog. They had a sound system rented and played music from the front porch. VERY festive and contributed to the atmosphere. The wifi was reliable and, of course, the staff was amazing as with most hotels here in the Philippines. If you stay here, I highly recommend a trip to Mactan Island to see 10,000 Roses. It's a fantastic night attraction.

Great place!

Very nice hotel, conveniently located. Quiet and comfy. I wish they had an option for smaller pillows. I prefer a thin pillow rather than a very large thick one. Overall the room was perfect for our short stay.

Wil never book again!

The family room was too small. No space for our 2 big bags. I even paid extra to get a big space as they advertised their family room to be good for 4 people. My husband found cockroaches in there toilet. No internet the whole stay. I called the receptionist a lot of times for help but they just told me to refresh the wifi connection. I gave up calling them again as they just gave me the same answer. I didnt see any initiative from the staff to help. No complimentaries in the room (toothbrush, toothpaste, water..) Can find a better hotel in cebu centrum at a lesser price.

Needs Improvement but Great Service

This has been my second time to visit the hotel in 5 years. I stayed here when it was almost brand new. I must say that the condition of the room has gone down. The bed is comfortable but the sofa sleeper are worn out. There's black ants and baby roaches in the room. I had booked a Family room for 3 overnight stays within 2 weeks time. The second one I got on the 4th floor had so much baby roaches in the bathroom that I was so scared to go shower the next morning. I don't like how their bathrooms are set up. The toilet and shower area are almost of the same level that the water starts flowing into the toilet area when you shower. The bathroom doors are showing a lot of water damage in the inside due to that issue. The handheld fixture in the bathroom of my 1st stay wouldn't stay up when you adjust the height. I wished that they could fix up the way their bathrooms are set up, and maintain the facility a lot better because I really liked the service here from all the staff.
