Poor customer service; which create inconvenience to the guest. Hotel provide the breakfast through a third party; although it supposed to be complementary you still need to pay a service fee, without any notice from the hotel. If you use an AMEX credit card, be aware at the hotel, the personnel will ask you for another method of payment since the hotel doesn't accept nothing different than Visa, Master Card or cash.

We are sorry you feel the experience with us was not so great despite upon check in we explain that there are 2 options of restaurants and we do have 7 different options for breakfast on each, but if you order something different (which you did) there will be an extra charge, that is the restaurant policy and in your case the charge was only 6.15 BZD (3.08 USD), also we explained to you upon check in that is the bank that does not take American Express cards and on Expedia is clearly displayed the method of payment at the hotel. We also noted you had an issue with a tour reservation when you requested assistance with your safe in the room, reason why we highly recommend you to read in full the information and policies displayed for all the services you are booking, even to call and ask to make sure all your requirements would be fulfilled if those are not displayed in order to have your expectations set and enjoyable experience. We do try our best to be clear with our guests and please them to our best possibilities.Thank you

Traveled with my husband. 8 days total. We had a great time. Hotel was excellent, room was clean and spacious. AC unit AMAZING! It was HOT outside. Staff was friendly and pleasant. We have absolutely no complaints about the hotel or our stay. The breakfast was ok, The Cubanita restaurant staff a bit slow and breakfast options a bit cheap, but since all i cared most about was my morning coffee, it was low key ok place for breakfast. Caye Caulker was great and Tte Caye Hotel is a great place to stay. Thank you!!

The hotel is fine except there is no elevator and i was accommodated on the last floor. So no fun climbing these stairs. Also breakfast was in the cafe accross and it was terrible and undercooked. No choice either. We did not go a second time. Staff was ok.

This hotel is very convenient. Right across from the arrival ferry on Caye Caulker. Accessible to shopping and dining and outings. Staff is verh helpful and friendly. I will go back. Love it!

Staff were very helpful. Facilities clean. Breakfast across the street is ok, but only because its free. A little expensive but cleanliness cant be understated.

The location was convenient to everything I needed. I couldn’t ever get hot (or even warm) water in the shower during my entire stay which wasn’t terrible but also not great.
