Property had bad mildew odor. Rooms air Conditioner was so loud it was hard to sleep. Staff did not know where anything was located. Could not print board pass because printer had no ink and didn’t work properly. Will not return to this location!

The staff were professional, welcoming and overall great. I called ahead to advise I would be arriving late at night. When I arrived, I was expected. The room was very nice and clean. I was so nice, I was sorry I was not staying longer than one night. When I checked out, I was taken to the airport in the courtesy shuttle, so I could pickup my rental car. Outstanding service and stay.

They advertise aa airport shuttle but it only starts at 5 am. I needed it at 4 am and had to pay for an Uber to go 2 miles.

My kids enjoyed the pool the beds and the breakfast it was over all a good stay. will return again !!!

When we walked in to this property, there were some very loud and raucous guys on the “front porch” - the kind to be nervous about. When I went back to my car there was a homeless man inside the lobby - again nervous. When we left early in the morning, the same homeless man was just out front of the hotel. All of that and my wife thought the room was furnished with items purchased at a used furniture store. If this was a Radisson, I would have a very difficult time getting my wife to another one.
