Great property. Pleasant efficient staff with superior service. We only stayed one night, but I wish we could have stayed much longer. It's a big pave but gives the feel of a much smaller, intimate hotel.

Stunning architecture, inside is tastefully decorated with designer furnishings and outside has incredible vistas. Loved the gardens and the beaches. We had a balcony facing the bay which is beautiful and we enjoyed the beach cafe and swimming in the sea. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel staff friendly and helpful. An amazing stay- we hope to return soon!

What a stunning setting for this hotel. Our room had a view out to sea - so calming and beautiful. The hotel is convenient to Cavtat with a great choice of restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A wonderful break.

Staff were excellent and easy access to the small town of Cavtat for more restaurants and bars.

Property was fantastic, but bartenders and wait staff were way understaffed and wait times were very long for food and drink.

You could not ask for better service from the staff. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The room was comfortable and plenty of space. The view of the sea was spectacular. The pools (yes, one indoor and one outdoor) are large and accommodate everyone comfortably. Those are what we liked.
Some may consider the buffet breakfast to be spectacular. But for those of us who have experienced the amazing buffet breakfast in Israeli hotels it is hard to be excited about anything less.
Of particular concern was the Tub/Shower. It is down right dangerous having to step up nearly 24 inches and then having to step out that distance to the floor. As a safety expert I must note that it would have never passed my inspection.
Towels are less than what I would have expected from a luxury hotel.
Would I stay here again…sure, but I would lower my expectations. If nothing else I would return for the first rate staff.
