The hotel was almost empty, probably because it was off season. I think the spa was closed too. The rooms were clean, the people working in the hotel were very helpful, the place was very quiet. I think it's a very nice place in the summer. Breakfast was ok.

Wow after reading the reviews we wasn’t expecting much but what a hotel . Staff from the minute we arrived were brilliant . Very helpful and so polite . Cleaners were brilliant and even when lift was out of order offered to carry bags up 2 flights of stairs for us .
The breakfast was brilliant and a lovely view of the mountains to go with it .
Each morning after breakfast before heading out we didn’t have access to a pool ,but we did have free access to a water park with about 20 different slides . This really made it for the kids and myself .
It was about a 10 minute drive into Bardilino with easy parking in hotel . Took about 25 minutes to get to Verona.
Room was spotless and we had fresh towels throughout the day and as it was really hot we had water brought to the room through out the day .
Best place I’ve stayed in Italy for a long time .
