Very close to the walking area. Air conditioned room.
I had hostel-style accomodation, very simple.
Unfortunately, there was no way to have breakfast, no conventio with other structures.
It is good just for cheap sleeping, no more.

Central for shops and cafes. Friendly staff.
Quite location.
There could have been more choice for breakfast.

Close to the beach

Cons: It didn't bother me, but it is a good idea to mention that the free parking was off-site. It wasn't far, maybe 500 meters.
Location: Close to the beach and the restaurants and shops. Nice area.
The hotel was overall nice. A good location and nice staff. Breakfast was a pretty decent spread, too. Not sure how close it was to public transport, but driving a car was pretty simple in that area.

Tutto bene, tranne la prepotenza dei dirimpettai (avallata dai vigili urbani), i quali pretendono che non si sosti di fronte casa loro, dove invece non c’è nessun tipo di divieto di sosta. Cosa che andrebbe approfondita.
