The location is so close to our family and the bed was super comfortable.

Smoking property- smelled bad. Very noisy, unruly guest. Property poorly maintained. Pool cooling/dehumidification did not work. No extra towels available. Staff was very nice. I just got the feeling the ownership is Bad and does not want to spend money to fix anything

The shower didn’t work, the elevator smelled like an ashtray, the room had a musky smell. ( staff at the front desk was fine, but this hotel is ran down)

Bath towels were very fluffy and soft. The room was clean and quiet. It looked like there might have been recent remodeling outside.
