Modern room with great location and amenities
Posted 20 Jun 2023 on HotelsModern rooms with great amenities. Fantastic location on lake with braai outside under room on private balcony. Great for couples getaway or even multiple couples as there are excess cutlery in the room

Lets look at the facts:Your booking was made for 2 adults at 20h30 with a requested late arrival time being 22h00.Your actual time of arrival was at 02h30, being 2 adults and 1 child approx. age of 13. No additional charged were applied. A larger Unit was offered at no additional cost, which you refused.A late check out was allowed so that some time be given for you to experience the resort.You request a further night stay at no cost as YOU had arrived late. This was denied and you felt that we were being rather unfair.However, the rating is noted, and once again we thank you for taking this time to respond.Dave O'HalloranDragon Peaks Mountain Resort

Pleasant stay

However, would be nice if they can maybe include air conditioners or a fan on a stand as it did get quite warm at night. If hiking routes can also be marked a bit clearer it would help. Either way, loved our stay and love the place. Will definitely be back:-)

The room (I was in a Lakeside studio) is spacious and looks just as advertised which is great, although the toaster was out of order. The outside of the building isn't much to speak of if you really want to feel like you've gone somewhere scenic, but the property and room itself are sufficient if you don't mind the outside aesthetic so much. Service could be better (housekeeping came several times a day unexpectedly and there is no "Do Not Disturb" sign if you'd rather they didn't). I had a good experience there though and I would go again

Great stay
