Confortable et près des points d'intérêt
Posted 25 Jun 2018 on HotelsEndroit bien entretenu, belle chambre et lit confortable. Par contre on entend les gens de la chambre à côté et dans le corridor la nuit.
Pas de frigo donc n'apportez rien de périssable avec vous.
Immeuble sécuritaire et nous avons eu du stationnement en face.
L'hôte ne parle que l'italien.

Nice hotel close to the centre.
Posted 30 May 2018The hotel is perfectly placed (close to main streets and with good connections to the central station and the bus station). It is clean and quiete. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful! There is a possibility to have a breakfast as well. Absolutely recommendable!

Buone premesse, ma delusione finale.
Posted 11 Dec 2017 on HotelsPoca chiarezza sulla prenotazione: colazione compresa ma in realtà inesistente. Rifiuto di utilizzo del bancomat. Zona scomoda da raggiungere. Difficoltà di parcheggio. In definitiva abbastanza deludente

Gentile Cliente, ci dispiace conoscere i suoi disagi solo adesso e non durante il soggiorno. Le confermiamo che on line è possibile acquistare la tariffa con e senza prima colazione. Nessuno le ha rifiutato di pagare con bancomat e ci dispiace che lei reputi scomodo la location da raggiungere, in quanto ha scelto lei stesso la posizione al momento della prenotazione. inoltre si precisa che noi siamo in pieno centro di una grande città, non vi è traffico limitato (ZTL) e con disponibilità di parcheggi gratuiti ed a pagamento. cordialità

Direkt in der Innenstadt.
Parkplatz deshalb etwas schwierig.
Konnte am gleichen Tag buchen und anreisen.
Sehr hilfsbereit.
