For a hotel that claims to be ‘upscale’ they are severely lacking in basic services that most hotels offer guests worldwide; like shipping expensive forgotten items COD for guests. Instead I am forced to figure out how to hire a courier service in a country where I barely speak the language, completely blind to what size ‘box’ the hotel will be using to give my items to the courier.

Super professional and warm staff. Catania people never fail to show their care for tourists but this staff was above and beyond!
Very close to via Etnea and quick drive to the airport

5-minute walk from pasticceria Savia, via Filomena with the best restaurants, and via Etnea. 20-minute drive from the airport.
Clean, safe, professional staff very close to the downtown area!
