Antonella and Alex were so friendly and helpful! They accommodated my late arrival due to Catania airport being closed and answered any questions with kindness and depth. The room was lovely, very clean and a comfortable bed. It was ridiculously hot when I was there so I didn’t use the terrace but the view is lovely (and the air conditioning in the room delightful!). It was a short easy walk to all the sites so very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, the bedroom was large and very comfortable; the hosts were absolutely friendly, and available for all possible questions and needs.
However, when I made my reservation, I was mislead by the description, as stated in the Property facilities: I understood that “breakfast in the room” meant that breakfast was included in the price, and that “free toiletries” was meant for the entire stay (not only once).

We are glad that you have overall enjoyed your stay at Casa Provenza.We apologise if some online descriptions were not clear enough: we actually do serve breakfast in the room without extra-charge, but breakfast service should first be included in the reservation rate or paid extra upon arrival. As per the toiletries, they are indeed provided as a complimentary welcome gift, though they are not replaced for free during the stay - also to discourage excessive usage of single-use plastic. Nevertheless, we hope this misunderstanding won't stop you to come back and be our Guest in the future, we would be really happy to be your hosts again in Catania!Un caro saluto,

Antonella and Alex were fantastic host’s before and during our stay at their guest house. Antonella was so helpful and took care of us like we were family. Perfect location just off the main square for all the sites and food and shopping etc.

Excellent location, and service

Helped me reserve a custom bike tour of mt etna through several lengthy calls in Italian with a tour company. Overall great stay and very nice location and service. Thanks again!

Lovely place that is situated in the perfect location. Antonella and her husband are the kindest hosts that really care about their guests. We had an amazing view from our terrace of the duomos. We really enjoyed the breakfasts as well :)

Antonella! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was very kind and attentive. The location of the property is fabulous. The breakfast was generous. The view from the terrace was breathtaking.
