Got covid before trip ,Paid for insurance and didn’t get a refund. Management didn’t bother answering calls/emails.

2 out of 5 mornings there, the water was shut off at 8am - 3pm. Not good if you want to sleep in on vacation!!!! Very inconvenient. Also, our room was cleaned only once - apparently, they didn't have enough employees.

Hotel lists itself as pet friendly but does not accept cats, I guess cats aren’t pets.

It's old and building need upgrade. Bathroom is small and ac unit is loud and ice refrig. did not work well. Hard to open front door..
