We enjoyed everything about our stay. Hospitality of wonderful. The staff was outstanding and the bartenders were some professional and great.
All three pools were clean and had great views.

The people working at the Hacienda were wonderful. I’d like to call out Miguel who took care of us with a room problem, and Eddie from dining who was friendly and helpful. Great stay.

We liked our room, especially the private patio opening out to flourishing desert flora & fauna. The property was well-maintained, the in-room breakfast options were excellent, service was friendly and responsive, and the on-site dining experience was first-rate. We are both dealing with mobility issues, and wished we could have had more convenient parking, but the pluses far outweighed the minuses 😉❣️

We found the grounds to be extremely beautiful and peaceful. Staff was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating both at the hotel resort and also in The Grill dining. We held a private dinner party in the Library room and felt totally taken care of. When staff brought the cake out, they allowed our guests to sing happy birthday and then helped cut and serve the cake after. We were extremely pleased with our entire experience!
