Great location, close to the central square. The hotel is basic but that is reflected in the price. The rooms are entirely adequate, clean and warm. We didn't have breakfast but it looked like a decent continental offering. You check in via a machine at the front door at which point you pay and receive a code to access the hotel and your room; we therefore had no cause to deal with any hotel staff - no issue with any of that, the system worked well. This hotel does exactly what it is designed for:- functional accommodation at an excellent price. We would have no hesitation in choosing this hotel again in the future.

Is a very nice hotel but lack of room service, amd no front desk 24 h, they work only some daily hours

Get what you pay for

Like staying in 3 star Hong Kong hotel. Not enough room to swing a cat, a Castres front row forward would definitely get stuck in the shower. Room clean enough but someone needs to learn how to clean round the edges. Plus points are great location, easy street parking, rooms well insulated against traffic noise and OK breakfast.

Convenient location and cheap parking under property. Breakfast was great too.

I like the simplicity of the rooms. Basic accommodation without waste. I like the coded room access and the area is quiet and relaxing.

Very happy with the hotel and would definitely go there again. Stayed when watching European rugby. Great time.

Cheap stay in central Castres

Close to the centre of town, warm clean rooms, really cheap parking next door and good breakfast. Then take in to account the very reasonable cost of all this and it was very good!

Nice friendly hotel

Stayed here for 2 nights on a rugby trip with friends. Staff were very helpful especially as we had a few problems with our booking ( nothing to do with the hotel) They didn’t speak much English and we don’t speak much French, they got a local shopkeeper in to translate which was brilliant. Close to local amenities and public transport. Would stay again
