We had an amazing time here! Stefano is the absolute greatest at taking care of travel details- we arrived at 1am from our flight and there was a crib set up with cute little blankets and a pillow for our toddler. He texted us before we arrived through the What's App to help us check in virtually. He also recommended many amazing restaurants for us and placed a takeout order for us one night since our Italian is non bueno! This was also a fantastic stay for the price. Cannot recommend this place more!

Lovely hotel disabled friendly

Lovely bungalows all on the ground floor. Ideal for my grandad in a wheelchair.

Lovely private, safe lake local - best in Summer!

Lovely central reception and dining room off lounge. Units are grouped 3-4 per single story unit, all with outdoor seating and partial view of the lake. Not warm enough for pool to be opened yet, but this should be a fabulous Summer holiday stay. Generous breakfast buffet, also with seating outdoors. Helpful and courteous staff, and safe parking and units.

Worst hotel in Italy

DONT DO IT! I walked in with my family, they took us to our room and left. We decided immediately to leave. The hotel was in a bad area and not secure. I tried to explain to them that we felt unsafe and wanted to leave. All they cared about was getting paid. Well they got paid. Thanks hotels.com. They place was scary and not at all like the pics. Again-DONT DO IT!

Buongiorno Sig. ra Tina , ci dispiace di non essere stati all'altezza delle vostre aspettative ,ma il posto dove si trova l'albergo è sicuramente sempre stato un luogo sicuro e molto piacevole per gli ospiti che ci hanno scelto proprio dalle foto pubblicate nel nostro sito , sicuramente non ingannevoli. Fantastica struttura con molto verde e molto vicina alla riva del lago. Personale davvero eccezionale sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza degli ospiti. Consigliatissima!
