This hotel is gorgeous and has beautiful views of the golf course. Breakfast was a good selection and service was great! The selling point for us was how convenient the shuttle bus is. It runs every hour in and out of town which saved us a lot in taxi fares. 4/5 for cleanliness due to finding a few ants in the bed but, to be honest, this is expected in a ground floor apartment in July so we didn't mention it to staff. Other than that all clean and well presented.

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay
Posted 1 Sep 2019 on HotelsThe room was very comfortable and clean, and the bottle of bubbly was very much appreciated. The food at the hotel restaurant was really tasty and everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Included continental breakfast had a lot of variety to choose from, and it was all really tasty - I found it funny that the "daily special" was exactly the same every day, though I had it every day because I really liked.
Indoor and outdoor pools very well kept, with lounge chairs, along with sauna/steam room and gym access was very pleasant.

Great Resort & Location, Fair Customer Service
Posted 5 Jul 2019 on HotelsVery nice hotel and golf resort. Great location near to major highway access points and 5 minutes to Lake Garda. Several pools were great and excellent breakfast buffet. Only complaints were 2 days without air conditioning during brutal heat wave and attitude of customer service was very authoritarian and not customer focused.
