"A beautiful property. Very quiet and not far from the old city. Lorenzo was the perfect host. He is knowledgeable about the area and offered to drive us to town. He serves a full breakfast in site.
A perfect 10!"
"We enjoyed our stay visiting family. Hotel very central for Caserta.
Easy check-in and check out.
Rooms were spacious and cleaned each day.
Breakfast was included but I found the choice of items a bit limited.
Would stay again"
"Very convenient location, short walk to train station, restaurants, and the palace. Breakfast was at the hotel next door, delicious and lots of options! Room was comfortable and clean. "
"Michele and his son were greats hosts. They were very kind in picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. They were attentive, available, communicative, kind, and friendly and provided us with all the information we needed. They even brought us some delicious local cheese as a gift. We truly enjoyed meeting them. The unit is a two bedroom guest condo and each bedroom may be rented out to a different guest/guests at the same time with the kitchen / living room being shared. "struttura molto datata, posizione centralissima e tranquilla. per accedere ci sono molte scale. letto molto duro. colazione molto buona, personale gentile"
"Really cute and convenient to Pepe in Grani (if that is why you are visiting). Otherwise , still very convenient to the little town and the train station .
Alfredo was so courteous , responsive, friendly and overall just a very nice person to deal with!
We would definitely stay at Alfredo’s establishment again!
His cleaning staff was also so great that they accommodated us for early checkin due to unforeseen circumstances.

"The website stated there was an airport shuttle. I called ahead to make sure this was accurate. The woman at the desk confirmed. They sent a taxi(not a shuttle) which we had to pay for when we arrived. I asked about this to which I was told the shuttle had specific hours(not listed on the website) and that outside of those hours, they send a taxi at our expense. We should have been notified of this when we called.
I asked if the shuttle would be available for our return trip in the AM. She said no, it would be a taxi again. At this point we had no choice. I said ok, we would need a taxi at 3am. When we came down for our taxi in the AM, there was a man at the desk who said we didn’t confirm that we needed a taxi so we didn’t have one and he couldn’t call one because everyone was asleep. I asked him repeatedly to please try as we had to catch our international flight he called and said maybe someone would call us back. Finally a taxi service from the airport called and said they could take us but they would charge us from the airport to the hotel and back. At this point we had no choice. So, after paying for the hotel, we also paid an additional 180€ in cab fare. "
