"My stay at Il Divino in Napoli was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything had such a welcoming atmosphere. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was Valentina. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Valentina was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive — always ready with recommendations, directions, and anything we needed during our stay. Her warmth and hospitality genuinely made our trip to Napoli even more memorable. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in making their experience special. If you’re visiting Napoli, I highly recommend staying at Il Divino. Between the great accommodations and Valentina’s outstanding hospitality, it was an experience we won’t forget!"

"The Hotel was nice! Although, they had a rooftop party going on in the evening, which was quite loud in our room. I believe it was some sort of holiday for Italy."

"We stayed in a King bed with sofa bed room. We had 4 adults sharing. The room was very clean and comfortable. The King bed was comfortable and bed sheets were soft. The sofa bed was also comfortable. The mini bar fridge was a nice addition since it was well stocked with drinks & snacks, 1st round free! Only negative about this room was the open shower. It was awkward figuring out who’s showering without someone peeking in. "

"Grear room, excellent helpful staff. Servicing and cleaning of the room was exceptional. Location of the hotel could not be better. Well done to everyone. A couple of gripes though. The roof swimming pool does not open until June 1st. Disappointing for those that like cold water swimming. There is the sea of course but not really suitable close to the hotel. I thought the breakfast was disappointing. The fruit salad seemed to consist of only tinned peaches and lots of pineapple (even in the mixed fruit choice) There was only full fat (UHT) milk or soya (I think?) No skimmed or semi skimmed. The bread choice was disappointing. I cannot comment on the choice in the cooked breakfast as I (despite being British) do not eat them. The staff at breakfast were excellent and very attentive. Well done. Wouls I stay at the hotel again? Yes certainly."

"Perfect location not far from the train station. We used the hotel as a hub for visiting Naples, Pompei and Sorrento. Hotel was excellent, breakfast was great would highly recommend booking this as there was a lot of choice. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. There is an excellent gym that is has a lot of amenities which was also great for us. 10/10"

"Palazzo Caracciolo has been our go-to hotel for over a decade whenever we visit Naples, we go there once a year since my family leaves there. The staff is consistently fantastic, always helpful and courteous. Gennaro DS is the best!"
