"A beautiful property. Very quiet and not far from the old city. Lorenzo was the perfect host. He is knowledgeable about the area and offered to drive us to town. He serves a full breakfast in site.
A perfect 10!"
"Very convenient location, short walk to train station, restaurants, and the palace. Breakfast was at the hotel next door, delicious and lots of options! Room was comfortable and clean. "
"struttura molto datata, posizione centralissima e tranquilla. per accedere ci sono molte scale. letto molto duro. colazione molto buona, personale gentile"
"We enjoyed our stay visiting family. Hotel very central for Caserta.
Easy check-in and check out.
Rooms were spacious and cleaned each day.
Breakfast was included but I found the choice of items a bit limited.
Would stay again"
"Michele and his son were greats hosts. They were very kind in picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. They were attentive, available, communicative, kind, and friendly and provided us with all the information we needed. They even brought us some delicious local cheese as a gift. We truly enjoyed meeting them. The unit is a two bedroom guest condo and each bedroom may be rented out to a different guest/guests at the same time with the kitchen / living room being shared. Gold Tower Lifestyle Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Check in was quick and dinner at the terrace restaurant was delicious and had a lovely view."
"Hotel is quite nice and modern and clean. It's in a more industrial area but close to the airport. I chose it because of 1) airport proximity; 2) airport shuttle; 3) parking - hard to find hotels with onsite parking in Naples. This gave us options to turn in our car early or not depending on how things went.
Staff is very helpful - we had a car and chose the parkiing option. The valet service and staff were helpful with driving tips and information. Everyone spoke good English.
There are several restaurants inside the atrium area but not really anything outside the hotel complex. We did not venture out. We spent 1 night before flying out the next day.
We did the included breakfast and it was a buffet with many, many choices - breads, meats, fruit, eggs, espresso machines, tea, waters, and more."
"The hotel is conveniently located to the metro station, shops and restaurants. It is a bit noisy and busy, a lot of foot traffic in that area. Overall it was a great experience and stay."
"Really friendly and helpful staff. Lots of communication and they were able to help us out with a travel cot, non-smoking room and even a last minute late check out. Breakfast was excellent - best coffee I’ve ever had at a hotel breakfast. While the area around the station was a little busy it didn’t disturb us and we never felt unsafe."
"It is located outside central Naples. However taking a taxi with special price with taxi takes you there whenever you want. The free shuttle service is only at night. Turn right then right, you will find a tuck shop with all drinks provisions including water. Turn right then left you will find the best Italian restaurant where locals eat which is very reasonable and tasty. All staff at the hotel are excellent. My vip status was recognised with an upgrade. Reception staff are very helpful particularly Mario, Martel’s and two more I forget their names. They are all amazing. Breakfast is repetitive but very nice. Room was just like home on the first floor. We already miss the people at this hotel. Thank you and would highly recommend if you don’t mind taking a taxi for all other excursions "
"The apartment was beautiful, clean and our host was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is at good location. We had easy access to the tram and to the buses which took us to Naples city centre."
