Southern Italy Beautiful Oasis
Posted 28 Sep 2023 on HotelsWe had a wonderful time and the service was outstanding. The grounds are beautiful and the beach is stunning. The only issue we had was the condition of the beach chairs. It was surprising that they were in such poor condition. The back rests were not stable and my husband got his finger caught in the hinge when he sat down and the back folded back unintentionally. He required 5 stiches and had a very long stay at the local hospital. The assistant director was wonderful and very helpful during this ordeal. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Go for green roof and beach
Posted 9 Sep 2019 on HotelsThe eco friendly green roof of the hotel was a nice design feature and the beach club is very well organised and has the best lunch and staff. The tranquil nature of this adult centric spa hotel can be spoilt by the family friendly next door hotel which organised pool parties and shows. For a so called five star hotel the evening dinner was a big disappointment and the level of service at both the hotel and spa reception desks needs improving.

This is a beautiful property on a very nice private beach. Very relaxing. It is quite isolated and we did not buy the full board but ended up eating at the facilities all the time - so we should have gotten the all included as everyone else. It is very family oriented and there are a lot of kids. Staff at the restaurant and bar on the beach excellent. The hotel restaurant was a hit or miss with the service and they were seriously understaffed.

The food and the room are excellent,the spa is good but some cost money. The spa and the swimming pool close very early,Check in is very late

Complete relaxation
Posted 10 Jul 2017We arrived early morning at the hotel and were immediately given a room. We changed rooms because there was no view and they did it quickly. Only problems with the room - carpet was badly stained but I believe they are slowly changing them and the air conditioner is controlled by the reception desk which was very strange. When the room got too cold we just opened the window!! The food was good - not fantastic but they were willing to make pastas which weren't on the menu. Beautiful outdoor restaurant and gorgeous grounds. The swimming pool was small and you had to wear a swimming cap (which they sell) but the beach is fabulous- lots of beds. All in all we had a great time - very relaxing

ONLY ACCEPTABLE AT DISCOUNTED PRICE
Posted 21 Oct 2015 on HotelsRoom was shabby, carpet dirty. For 5 star small room. Only twin beds!! What could they be thinking? Spa services vastly overpriced & below average quality. Redeeming feature was quality of food & attentiveness of wait staff & bartenders.
