Our last night in the mountain

Arrived an hour before check in was told to wait until check in for the room which was ok. Came back after an hour room was still not ready no apology. Waited another 30 mins and after requesting a quiet room upon booking 4 months ago we were given a room one floor above the cafe. Rooms are small with tiny balcony good modern bathroom but no fridge. Staff and food in cafe were good. Lake view is beautiful at breakfast. Hotel needs updating

Super friendly, excellent service they made you feel right at home
Breakfast excellent !
As all the food we tasted.
Only thing I would say is the pool. Opening hours.
11am.. While I was looking forward to ealry morning laps.
And closing at 8pm in full summer while we where so looking forward to pool time after a long bike ride.
That it's the only thing I would like to see different on a next stay
