Gracias por la amabilidad y el servicio. Estuvieron súper pendientes de nuestra llegada. Contestaron todos nuestros mensajes rápidamente. Nos recogieron en el aeropuerto super rapido y nos recogieron en el hotel en la madrugada súper puntual. Vuelvo a usar ese hotel en otra ocasión.

Great stay, awesome customer service from shuttle driver to girls at front desk to restaurant staff. Everyone esas very nice and welcoming. Food is delicious, and if you have an early flight, they will prepare a bag with breakfast for you to take. Overall was a really good experience!

Very sub par room,209 Room set up not standard.
Was told AC was fixed, not .
After traveling all day, just wanted cool room.(nope,@77°) was cooler outside.
Restaurant was ok & convenient , airport shuttle was ok

I loved this little hotel. It was nice to go for a walk although there aren’t any paths that I could find

We enjoyed our stay. The reception staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was very good. It has a shuttle to and from the airport which was convenient. Highly recommend the on-site restaurant—it was very good.

The hotel is conveniently located relative with Milan's main international airport (Malpensa), with a free, reliable shuttle service to and from the airport. The room is fine and the hotel is clean. Their restaurant is very good, which is helpful because the area around the hotel does not offer much by way of eating (or shopping) options.
