Location was great, parking was easy. Hotel desperately needs a deep clean. Rooms are dusty, and everything smells musty. Sheets, bath towels all smelled old and stale. Rooms had phones with half the buttons missing and rooms had no information. No room service information, no restaurant menu.

Very good, with only some details requiring attention. Consider installing soap trays in the showers for example.

I really appreciated Cinzia who helped us book a private tour to the Amalfi Coast. The Bloo restaurant was fantastic.
The only thing, we had to change room due to the patio door of the balcony not xlosing & i didn't feel safe and cleaning service could have been better. Towels weren't im the room qhen we got back. But otherwise I would stay again at this hotel. Very close to where we wanted to visit. We went to Pompei & the Royal Palace of Caserta.

It works for a night or two
I’ve chosen for easy parking but parking was not a problem in Caserta
They sent one coffee cup and a glass in his hands not on a tray when I asked for two coffee cups
This’s not proper for a four star hotel
