The staff were very friendly and helped us with our bags and the breakfast was good. There was mold in the shower area, and the surrounding area was not great. The parking area did not feel very secure, and when trying to drive out, there was some construction workers who left their cables hanging down over the entrance to the parking area and we had to pass through the cables. The air conditioning couldn’t seem to get the room cool enough at night but otherwise it was fine.

Obrigado Daniel, pelos elogios para com nossa equipe. Quanto a obra, realmente estamos pintando o prédio, como hotel não fecha nunca, não temos como parar as atividades. Iremos rever a questão do chuveiro e o ar, ele é passado por limpeza quinzenal, as vezes pode ter ficado algo errado, pontual o qual pedimos desculpas. Volte sempre amigo!

Our first experience in Brasil.

The breakfast was great with a big variety of food.
Our room was spacious and practical. Good wifi. And car park.

Our first experience and stop in Brasil.
Posted 27 Jul 2017 on HotelsTravelling from Argentina to Cascavel Plaza Hotel ,what was our first stop in Brasil. Arriving in the Hotel we felt very welcomed and the front desk people very helpful. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was outsandingwith a big variety of food. We planned only to stay for two days but ended to stay four days.It is in walking distance from the shops.Good wifi and parking facilities.

las camas y almohadas muy incómodas. Duras... dificultó el descanso.

Bom hotel.Para uma estadia curta recomendo.
Posted 16 Feb 2024 on HotelsHotel bom. Atendimento muito bom pelos funcionários, pois chegamos na madrugada. Porem o hotel não tem elevador e faltou a luz de cabeceira no quarto.

Claridade no quarto de manhã
Posted 19 Nov 2023 on HotelsO quarto é espaçoso, porém, assim que amanhece o dia as cortinas nao bloqueiam a luminosidade, horrível. Os atendendes do período noturno deixam a desejar. Um deles está sempre com uma cara de mau humor, desprarado para lidar com o publico. De resto tudo ok, cafe da manha é bom.
