"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at Onto! We absolutely loved our stay at Onto! From start to finish, the experience was wonderful. A special shoutout to Louis, who truly made our stay exceptional. He gave us fantastic recommendations - example to our favorite taqueria which wasn't even on our list to visit! Louis was so patient even when I asked the same questions a few times, and provided excellent service throughout. We were mostly in touch with him during his shift, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The rest of the staff were also warm, welcoming, and attentive — you can really tell customer care is a priority here. Our room was one of the best I’ve stayed in: beautifully clean, modern, with so much storage and counter space — something I’ve never had enough of in other hotels! Everything felt thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back!"

"This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The room had everything we needed. The location was perfectly in the center with many restaurants, coffee shops, bars everything was walking distance. The staff was super friendly especially Gerardo. Gerardo was super friendly and attentive. We called for the hair blow dryer and they immediately brought it up. The room itself was clean. I would definetly stay here again. "

"I stayed alone for 1 night after a group trip. Got my room for about $50 USD total, and it was such a steal. The room seemed clean and comfortable. I was concerned about street noise after reading some other reviews, but it wasn't an issue for me. The front desk is 24/7 and you need to buzz in each time to be let in. Location is great for any restaurants in Roma Norte or even Condesa. Right next to Oxxo as well! Good idea to speak Spanish to communicate with front desk staff. "
