"I have no complaints about this hotel, very centrally located, clean, updated, very friendly to international travelers. Check in desk was english friendly (and friendly overall), check in process was easy, when I got to the room it was spotless. I've seen reviews about the noise on the street facing side, I was on the backside and didn't hear a peep during my stay. When it comes to the room itself, I have no complaints, very spacious, updated and clean. There is a water purification system in the lobby and they provide two bottles of water upon arrival that you can reuse / refill as needed. Surrounding area has so much going on, I walked to most of the places I wanted to visit, miscellaneous bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and bars and was never more than a 10 minute uber from anywhere else I wanted to go. Great property, very helpful staff and I would definitely re-book if traveling to Mexico City again"

"Stayed 5 nights with a friend. Very spacious and love the space but the traffic noises were unbearable Constant car honking and alarms 😰😰"

"Clean pleasant room. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant. I only ate there once but it was late the food was good and the service excellent. There is a store and a pharmacy practically next door and a great cafe around the corner. (Miga Cafe). It quickly felt like my home away from home. Highly recommend it. Dont expect fluent English. Learn some Spanish. You will be glad you did. "

"EVAC was too much noisy"

"The free breakfast just included fruits and juices. The door knob was broken from the inside. They didn’t have a hair dryer. But it was just convenient which was close to many areas and felt safe. The cleaning ladies really did their jobs. "
