The staff were super friendly and welcoming. For our room being right by the street the noise outside was not noticeable. The walking distance to everything around was also helpful since most stops we wanted to visit was a walking distance from the hotel. I would go back if I plan to travel back to Mexico City.

The security guard was really helpful. Even with the language barrier, their customer service was good. Room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with a microwave, fridge, and a stove. There are also plates, cutleries(spoons, knives, and forks).If you want to cook there are some supermarkets around the area that's walking distance. Lots of good restaurants to eat at that is also walkable.

I was so pleasantly surprised with my room. I was a little concerned that the smallest room option was going to feel like a closet. It did not give me that impression whatsoever! The size was just right and was beautifully decorated and well conditioned.

We will definitely be back. Our room was the perfect amount of space. Everything was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and the air conditioning worked great. No words can express the amount of gratitude we have for the entire staff. They immediately made us feel welcome.
