Parking is free and easy to find. The hotel picks you up and takes you into the city.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. On the day of our departure we needed to leave very early and they had a full breakfast ready for us and gave us a ride back to our car with no problem at all.
The location at the edge of the cliff is absolutely stunning and the views are unparalleled.
The rooms themselves are unique and very well appointed. The bathroom in our room needs to be repainted and the loft where the kids slept got very hot. But other than that we can't find a single fault with this lovely spot in a beautiful city!

If driving to Matera hotel will arrange a parking location outside of the property (very safe) will arrange pick up and drop off the parking location. Very well organized. Hotel has a roof top dinning location overlooking Matera and Sassi. Beautiful. The staff extremely helpful . Over all an excellent choice when staying in Matera. "
