The property says, its smoke free but weed and smoke smell every where. The carpets are very dirty. The first room they gave us has high smoke smell and cannot stay with kids. The staff is nice and they gave a new room. But that also not much good(Bed is not good and dirty carpets). They have to improve the cleanness and also smoke free. Not good for staying with Kids. Except the nice staff, overall not a good experience.

Reception was pleasant. Was down hill from then on. Deodorant in room overwhelming and the floor in room was dirty as shown by mud in the tub when I showered. I was awakens at midnight by staff about a billing problem that could have been corrected at checkout. When I checkout the first clerk I spoke to said there was no problem and did nothing. The second printed the receipt and admitted that a billing error had been corrected after the nidnight call and apologized for the error and call. I cannot recommend the hotel.

Room is clean, but without refrigerator, microwave or hairdryer. The elevator and areas were dirty. We were there two nights. Looks like no one responsible to clean elevator or surrounding areas.

Clean room at a good price. Room lacks coffee maker, ironing board and refrigerator. Free coffee off the lobby.
