Enjoyed our stay in the apartment complex.

Very satisfied with our stay in the apartments. Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which had all the facilities we needed. Very friendly staff that answered any questions politely and helpfully. Food was good with plenty of choice although the buffet style could mean it was, on occasion, not hot enough. Good choice of pools and bars.

The 2 bedroom apartment was excellent. Great condition, size and facilities. The pool area was also great, but the maintenance of the pool floor tiles needs to be fixed: many tiles were missing and there were sharp edges. The kids club and evening entertainment was very good. Although my kids struggled with the club as it was almost all Spanish only speaking kids and my two kids could only speak English and Portuguese.

Only problem really was the remote location. For golfers fantastic as right in the middle if two courses. For non golfers its a pleasant 15 minute walk through forrestry and over wetland to the village. The signage qhen driving there is poor.

Interesante opción si no vas a salir del hotel.

Nuestra estancia estuvo muy bien, pero el área de departamentos es inmensa y tiene un solo acceso, supongo que pir seguridad. Esto hace complicado llevar y traer el equipaje al arribo y a la partida.

Good location but understaffed

The location is very good being right in front of a golf course and tucked into an area close to a natural reserve. The bird life for whomever enjoys it, is fantastic there. I don’t think i will come back to that resort though. The first flat i was given was overlooking the parking so i asked for a better. location. The receptionist was very helpful. But the flat key wasnt working, i had to go back to get a new one. The falt is otherwise comfortable and the bed situation very good. Unfortunately, early morning on my second day, the stove blew up as i was cooking my eggs. When i went down to reception, the receptionist sent a maintenance person quickly. He couldnt repair it straight away for security reasons. So i reported this at 8am but it wasnt fixed before 11am. A well trained staff would have offered a breakfast coupon. The spa experience was very disappointing too, the sauna and steam bath were not functional. I reported it so the spa receptionist offered a refund. I think the gardens are lovely, very well maintained and i applaud the landscaping team. Apart from that, the place is sadly understaffed. Resulting in the customer feeling like nothing runs as smoothly as it could.
