overpriced boutique hotel , the front desk has very limited english and hospitality skills, they try to charge you for everything on top of the expensive room, As a all is pretty much Cartagena the disappointment, overpriced hotels and it is very very humid hot even in April, its a pretty little town of endless similar tourist shops, street vendors selling the same things..and people harassing you to get your money, with not much to see beside the historical center colonial architecture. spending a day is enough to see it all. there is better place to go in Colombia with better climate and better attitude.

The staff was excellent and rooms where nice and clean huge bathroom . but the only concern was the elevator was not good. i took stairs all the time.

We absolutely loved Casa Don Luis! Eduardo and the staff were amazing. So much attention to detail. They really made it a memorable trip. The rooms are lovely and the property is simply stunning!

Staff and service were excellent, great breakfast every morning, a little something different for the 3 days that we stayed. There was a bit of renovation going on while we were there but the noise and visuals were kept to a minimum. Overall amazing stay and would definitely return.
