The hotel staff provided excellent Customer Service from check in to check out,
especially Carlos at the Restaurant on 12 for breakfast. He was attentive and made excellent suggestions to ensure our visit to Cartegena was maximized.
The rooms were spacious and clean. The views of the beach and the bay were spectacular. The breakfast and snack offered many options daily.
The only 2 cons were :
1) the shower leaked all over the floor when you used the hand shower. It is glass and for some reason has decorative gaps that should not exist in those spots.
2) The food at breakfast and snack were never hot. They were a tolerable warm but not hot.

This hotel was safe, clean, and had great amenities! Very friendly staff and an excellent restaurant. We had no complaints at all. One of our party had a health issue during our stay and the staff helped us get a doctor. Excellent value, would stay here again.

Very convenient location, bocogrande mall is right next door, old city about 7 min drive without traffic, beach in back yard . Staff & hotel is 10/10 always willing to help only complaint is the welcome watermelon drink needed to be on the menu
