The entire staff at this facility were extremely welcoming and helpful. They saw to my every need and request.

I loved the attentive service the staff offers. Because there are only 9 rooms in the hotel, you are waited on hand and foot. Everyone was very helpful. Our housekeeper Claudia was excellent. She turned our beds down nightly and left us notes and chocolates on our pillows. We were in the pool and forgot to bring towels, the housekeeper immediatly brought us some before we even had a chance to ask. The waiters at the restaurant offered us poolside service with drinks and snacks. It was an overall positive experience.

As others have said, the architecture and history of this building is breathtaking. The young lady at the reception was speaking English fairly well but none of the other staff. No hot water but - more importantly- air condition is extremely efficient. Fairly loud music. Breakfast offers American and Columbian style but Columbian style was not available on 2 of our 7 days.

Great staff and good food. The building needs a few repairs. Looks like it’s falling apart in certain areas, but it sure has potential. 👍

Dont stay here! I lost in my room a 14k gold ring and no one did nothing about it they just make me look like i was making a story up! The house keeper went to room and ask me and she make a “report” and never again i saw her i ask in the reception and nothing!! lost a 500 dollars ring! And no one knows about it! Its not save to leave your jewelry or nothing valuable! And the hotel dose not look like in the pictures! And the pool dose not have filter!

Dear Miss DelgadoEl Marques Hotel Boutique has always answered the requirements of all its guest, inmediatly, in this case you inform the room attendant that you could not find your 14Kt heart-shaped ring on saturday 2 al 9:40 pm, we activated the security protocols reviewing the security cameras and also trying to speak with you n the same night at 9:50 pm knocking on the door without any response. Your check out was early in the early hours of sunday december 3, which is why we were anable to speak with you, the email you left written in the note you gave to the auditor is wrong and was returned, also when trying to respond here, Expedia has an error and until today it allowed us to respond. Please send us a copy f the ring purchase invoice to proceed with the investigation with our insurance company and be able to give a definitive answer to the entire investigation and please give us an email to send the information.We look forward to your prompt response.
