Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were excellent. Interior decor very creative and interesting. Place is clean.

The staff at Casa Lola was very helpful, pleasant and efficient. We spoke very little spanish but they all accommodated us.

Hotel was clean, staff was super friendly and helpful.
Neighborhood was a mess (due to holidays). Room's security box didn't work and we never got hot water in the shower.
Open ceiling above bathroom allowed for too much noise from the street to be heard.

The building is appealing but our room was tiny and we it took us an hour and three different staff members to find coffee in the morning!
