We had all inclusive, with special Mediterranean restaurant, the breakfast was served in special room….. in general……great service

Not a lot of people speaking English. People save sun chairs and never use them. Spa was fantastic

Old hotel, room picture look a new but very used rooms need update.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with my close friend. Cesar and Alfredo made the stay very pleasant and welcoming and I appreciate them. The room cleaning was excellent however I feel like they went through my belongings but I do not know for sure. The food was pretty nasty but the drinks and fruits offered were delicious. For the price you pay I guess that is expected. The rooms were nice and not a catfish and it was very easy and affordable to call cabs directly to and from the hotel.

Terrible WiFi. Had to use the lobby for WiFi - manager didn’t seem to care

Overall its a nice place.
Pros: clean, secure, across from the beach, close to shops and 10 minutes from the major sites.
Cons: not a lot of food options. Paid for all inclusive it only included buffet option. As a plant based pescatarian most choices had diary and meat so I had to pay to eat at other places. There was construction happening all day and loud music mid day to late night so it was hard to rest and work remotely.
