The property was awesome! The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed! If i ever have to go back to the Carrollton area this is where i will be stayin

When we checked in, the lobby was very clean and had a great scent. The lady who checked us in was very nice and explained everything to us. The room was very clean and updated. The one suggestion we have is to repair the soft spot in the floor. We put something over it so we wouldn't step on it.

This is my 3rd stay at this property. My experience at check in was great. Friendly guy, told me what I needed to know. Place was pretty clean but a bit musty. I was gone all day after that. The bed was comfortable enough, bathroom clean. In the morning the waffle maker was broken so that option wasn’t there, I was told that at check in. I’m a little weird about it but people are gross. So the communal containers of milk and juices in the fridge weren’t enticing. Breakfast was a little limited to sweets without the only real hot option of a waffle or toast. I had to hunt down someone for about 10 minutes in order to get into my room after breakfast because my key card quit working. That irritated me a bit and then I had to have it fixed twice before it worked. In general, my stay was fine And I’d stay again but this is just info so that they can remedy the issues.
