Our room had mold all through the bathroom so of course we didn't use it. When repiored to staff the reply I git was... " thank you for understanding." Double charged on my bank statement for pet fee.

Disappointed. Would not stay again.

The hotel room was not cleaned thoroughly. Dirty towels and used razor left behind by previous guest. The bathtub drain was clogged. Not “pet friendly”. By “pets” they only mean just dogs and they charge you extra $35 per day. I had a cat I brought with me and he was not allowed at the hotel. Fix your pet policy or don’t have one. The room next to mine had a barking dog going on at 3 in the morning 🙄 Go figure.

My fiance and i rented the Jacuzzi room... water came out just warm... jacuzzi didnt work. The smoke detector needed a battery and wouldn't stop beeping. The TVs picture quality was fuzzy... i should've known it was a mistake to come here when i saw that the numbers to the rooms were taped to the wall.

At check-in, my initial room had a fridge that didn't work. There was a puddle of water on the floor and the room smelled like mildew. I requested another room and was given the room next to it. The fridge in this room appeared to be OK, so I accepted the room. After unpacking, I realized that the fridge was running, but not staying cold. I attempted to call the front desk, only to realize that the phone did not work. My husband walked down to the front desk and the gentleman came up. He tinkered with the fridge but could not fix it. I was told that there were no other rooms available. The gentleman eventually swapped a fridge from another room. The freezer compartment in the replacement fridge didn't work. A bottle of H2O was in there for 3 days and never froze! While the front desk person was cordial and attempted to be helpful, my opinion of this establishment is not good. In addition to a poorly working fridge, the room could have been cleaned better. It was obvious that no one had dusted in a while. I wanted to go to another hotel but was afraid of finding more problems somewhere else. I will definitely NOT be recommending this hotel to anyone, and I will absolutely do my research in the future.

The place was fine other than when I showed up I was told I needed to pay a security deposit of $100 cash. I had the money so that wasn't the issue but I couldn't sleep thinking I had just got scammed. They don't give you a receipt for the money but I did get it back without any issues the next morning after management inspected my room. Very strange. Will not stay there again.

Had to pay $100 for my dog. Upstairs was stomping around like a trex all night. Outside was cars beeping. Also, my window was right next to smokers pit so I heard people talking all night w the smell of smoke.

Noise was terrible, police were at the motel 2 different occasions, had to request new room due to smell of cigarettes and no breakfast or other amenities which were promised.

Front desk service good but rooms dirty.

The bed had stains. The water slow drain in the shower. The towels were dirty. The ironing board had food stains. We had to go to Walmart and purchase our own sheets and towels.
