I booked through Expedia and paid for a room. When I went to check in, they said there was no room available. I couldn’t find a place to stay, and they also said they couldn’t give me my money back. I see it’s expedia mistake first .

I do apologize your reservation was book for the wrong date. That was on expedia part and no control on our part. We had your reservation but for the wrong date, and unfortunately didn't have any rooms left for the date you were needing to stay.

This is a great value for the price. We stay here every time we visit Carroll. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and breakfast included. We’ll be back!

I always appreciate nice, comfortable beds/bedding. The room was clean, plenty of HBO channels. I had a good night’s rest.

The staff was excellent! Our only problem was the on-going renovation of the facility, but that's something that can't be helped. Our room, while adequate, needed some additional furniture, i.e., a chest of drawers, more lights and another night stand (there was only one).

Libby and first floor under construction and getting new carpet. Breakfast was housed in room 100 and no lighting in there. Tv remote did not work until I notified staff. They fixed it
