Great place for a family. I with the arcade was a bit bigger and more games.

This property is good but needs some updating. Our room had fogged glass in the French doors to the patio and the doors were in poor shape. I can only assume that most doors on the other rooms are more or less the same.

First time at Omni La Costa; but, not the first time to this area of Carlsbad, Ca. Room decor was up-to-date; but the wing was an older building. Walls between units are thin. Still had a solid nights sleep each night. You will be charged $40-60/night for parking on the property. Street parking is scarce and discouraged. I don’t like this practice. Parking should be included.

Service staff was excellent and attentive and enthusiastic. Room was nice, but being given a room overlooking the parking lot when the resort appeared largely empty was a minus. Would definitely return when there’s hopefully better weather!

Super quiet and walkable - great staff- room was nice and big- bathroom bit but taps were broken on one sink.

We came in late and the bellman drove us to the correct building, hauled in all the luggage and even ordered an extra blanket for the pull out sofa for our youngest. Well done!

The property was absolutely beautiful and the staff was wonderful and extremely attentive. However, our coffee maker was not working, in-room phone was not working, and there seemed to be crickets in the ceiling beam that kept us up at night. I'm disappointed with that because the room cost was hefty.
