Our room was not clean. The floor was dirty and there was nail clippings on the desk. The counters were not cleaned either. I needed more towels for my family and they said we already had four and would have to wait until the next morning for house keeping to come to get more towels.

Room was nicely remodeled. Towels were dirty. Sheet was dirty and front desk agent said they would give us a clean one in the morning....we were supposed to sleep on it??!!?? We finally got a clean one, but we had to convince the front desk clerk to get one. I would not recommend.

When I checked in I had no water in my room. It was very frustrating.
