Steve a Front desk coworker and the manager on duty the day June 4 afternoon shift were very rude , unprofessional and service phone calls never answered when I called to report a toilet issue, breakfast was too expensive as well. I’m a Hilton honor but This were our first time and last visit

Hilton Garden Inn Carlsbad….the bathroom water and sink smelled like a sewer, payed for ocean front rooms and you couldn’t even open the window….. The restaurant in the hotel was overly priced and the food portion and quality was horrible. Overall for the price of the rooms I would have expected a lot more.

The other guests at the hotel were so loud I couldn’t sleep.
