Very good access just off M6 but in a pretty and quiet village. Plenty of parking.
Hotel had maintained its clean, very comfortable, nicely furnished rooms since our last visit.
There is a choice of pub bar and restraunt dining and our bar food was good traditional food.
Staff were friendly though maybe some were newly trained and service a bit slow.
Strongly recommended and will be back.

The staff were so friendly and helpful
They deserved 6 stars. Cleanliness was good
Food was good and the service excellent
The property is older and doesn’t have an elevator/lift. Our room was quite small. The floor boards in the room above squeaked on our second night we were woken up at 5am by the people above who must have had to check out early

We do have newly renovated buildings located outside of the hotel which are our deluxe king rooms, if ever you would like to return in the future. kind regards,

No lift!! Long hallways to our room. Cobwebs on the ceiling above the bed. Uncomfortable bed. Hot! (At least we found a fan)

The receptionist Maisie (I hope I got the spelling right) is lovely and super helpful. All the catering staff are also great. Love the location near the viaduct. The gym and fitness centre is also great!
