"Comfort Suites was overall very positive. Very friendly and helpful staff, great restaurant and dining area. Breakfast was an excellent addition. The option to do laundry was also useful. Only two things to note, lineups to get daily wristbands to Atlantis were generally long (not the fault of the Comfort Suites but it was usually 25 mins) and there were some issues with inconsistent water pressure."

"The hotel is overrated for the cost. The pool and room require an upgrade. Room.had AC issues where the room would not cool to desired temp, TV issues no streaming services, bathroom spacious but tub was old and need a remodel. Maintenance work door to our room with loud noise, ice machine not working on serveral floors. The price was just ridiculous understand it is not an all-inclusive resort. But to pay for example $9 for a Celsius drink that is normally $2.50... absolutely not. This was a hosting hotel for the wine and food festival which is the reason we stay here but would recommend the festival just find a another resort to stay. Dont believe the hype, the pools and water park is underwhelming. "

"The location was perfect! Couldn’t have wanted anything better. The reason I chose this place is because it was centrally located and I didn’t want to stay at the hotel every day, I wanted to explore. Yet the couple days I needed some downtime I was disappointed in the pool/beach area and definitely with the food and lack of restaurant choices at it. Really there is only three places you can eat at this hotel. On another note, we stayed in a room that had a pretend window. So there was no natural sunlight at all. The little time we spent in the room was pretty dim. A pretty and spacious room yet you could never get enough lighting in it when asked to upgrade they didn’t have any availability. Overall, this was a great centrally located facility. With all kinds of things to do around it though know if you’re wanting to relax and stay at the hotel for any length of time, you will get bored very quickly as the food, drink drinks, and other amenities are just limited "
