Friendly and welcoming

We enjoyed our stay very much. The people were very helpful and always very pleasant. The hotel was very clean and it altogether was excellent .

The room- dated but everything there
Garden area nice - sunny was a bonus
Downsides- beautiful stocked bar area but not accessible after 9, even as a resident! Just wanted a glass of red on getting back but not available as the bar closed. Totally understand if that’s the rule but wish I’d known before hand.
Service was faultless apart from that .

Thank you for your review.As I said last night, the bar is open while the restaurant is open. We don't open later for drinks as there are bedrooms directly above the lounge, which isn't very pleasant if you are trying to relax in your room.

We loved our stay so much! They’re such lovely people, the food is so so good and reasonably priced and the rooms are perfect! Would definitely come back!
