Great location. Rooms a bit worn, but clean. Breakfast was average. Walking distance to public transportation. Staff was friendly.

Clean, tidy and staff were very polite and friendly. Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable. Mattress very soft and every little movement caused the whole mattress/bed to move and disturb the other person.

I liked this place, it’s a convenient place, and the building is quite, staff are very nice, feel welcoming as well. Only thing is the wood floor inside does not feel really clean, I guess it’s the age. But the bedding had strong smell, smells like it did not dry up properly

Convenient location, access was challenging...too many stairs!
Breakfast was limited.

Location amazing.
Right in the centre of town.
Lots of stairs, be prepaid if you are on the 6th 7th floor!
Definitely in need of new beds.
And you need to be 6/7ft to see out of the windows. If your below that, stand on the bed. Then you might see the sky. Disappointed!

Good hotel to stay at if you want to be in the city centre and near to the Principality Stadium.
