Hotel was nice, easy walk to City center. Allowed for an early checkin after my red eye flight. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Good hotel to walk into city center, large car park which is a bonus in Cardiff. Pool great advantage and so glad

Really nice break. Pool is wonderful too.Mary on reception is lovely and really helpful.

This is in a really good location, could do with some modernisation but generally very nice. Good restaurant, good pool, good location. Would stay again

Tired, worn and dirty. Some unsafe parts too such as locker doors hanging off their hinges in the men’s pool changing area. Wet floors where swimming pool users regularly walk through the reception area wearing wet costumes. Breakfast was ruined when a long hair was found in the food. When we complained, the member of staff didn’t understand English. Would not return to this hotel.

We ended up not staying.
I am not sure what has happened to Novotel.
